Job Description

We are seeking a Team Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a diverse group of team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and Guiding Team Members
  • Maintaining Operational Excellence
  • Coaching and Mentoring Team Members
  • Recruiting and Training New Hires

You will also be expected to maintain high standards of operation, plan and execute methods of increasing sales, and achieve targeted costs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of quick service experience in a supervisory role
  • Practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members
  • Strong operational experience
  • Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
