At Team Sport, we're looking for a talented and ambitious Operations Manager to join our team in South London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our operations and ensure that our facilities and services meet the highest standards.

About the Role

We're offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our team to hit all departmental KPIs, including wage ratio and financial targets.

  • Ensuring all team members follow company policies, Health and Safety requirements, and relevant legislation to minimize risks and protect the business's reputation.
  • Building a culture of effective people management through recruitment, performance management, training, and talent management.
Responsibilities

You'll be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a close-knit team, fuelled by energy and fun.
  • Ensuring all team members have the lowdown on Health and Safety, Food, and Consumer legislation.
  • Maintaining a positive impact in the communities we touch, as part of our Community Champions initiative.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in operations management, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
