About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to head our sales team for specialist vehicles. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers, while also serving as the primary contact for major accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the existing team of Business Development Managers
  • Develop and execute strategic account management plans to grow business within major accounts
  • Forge strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including untapped markets and emerging trends
  • Develop tailored solutions that deliver value to customers
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the company's sales and marketing strategy

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of management experience supplying components into the automotive sector, ideally specialist vehicles
  • Graduate calibre, personable, credible, and possess superb people management skills
  • Background in engineering or technology, enabling you to excel in the technical sales aspects of the role
