Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Stonor Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the defence and aerospace sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the defence and aerospace sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business development decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the defence and aerospace sectors, including industry trends and developments.
