Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Salesforce Developer with expertise in Field Service Dispatcher Console to help design, develop, and implement customized FSL solutions for our field service operations. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy custom FSL solutions, including configurations, workflows, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.Integrate FSL with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.Troubleshoot and resolve FSL related issues and provide technical support to end-users.Collaborate with other developers, admins, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning. You should have a deep understanding of FSL architecture, data model, and APIs. Experience with Salesforce configurations, workflows, and process builders is also essential. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are a plus.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, 20 days paid leave expanding to 25 days per year, plus Bank holidays (Total up to 33 days). We also provide a Company pension scheme and training opportunities.
