As a Strategic Growth Manager at TPS, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and growing a loyal customer base.
Sales Strategy and Customer Experience
- Work with ASM and TPS Centre Managers to create and deliver a sales strategy to increase sales revenues from mechanical customers.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and be a brand and product expert.
- Maintain a loyal customer base through consistent sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business expansion and growth across the Ipswich/Norwich region.
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be between £45,000 and £60,000.
