Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Operations Manager to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering, responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our airline catering services during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report any major changes in flight information and passenger quantities to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between airlines and internal departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
  • Plan and coordinate with various departments to ensure requirements are met and operational areas run efficiently.
  • Prepare and print labels, allocate information, and maintain quality control in accordance with production and menu specifications.
  • Validate food safety compliance and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of food assembly and production lines.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to the Transport team regarding extra requirements.
  • Analyze flight data to inform stock requirements and support planning efforts.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting exceptional service and high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Showcase strong written and verbal English communication skills, with ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Show flexibility in thinking, decision-making, and adapting to change to meet the needs of partners and the DO & CO family.
  • Exhibit energy and drive to deliver results beyond expectations, with a problem-solving mentality.
  • Hold a deep understanding of how their department performs overall, including financially, and be an expert in driving practical actions for improvement.
