Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Luxury Lounge Attendant to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our discerning passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet lounge customers, offering a warm and welcoming smile and ensuring their every need is met.
  • Maintain the opening and closing of the bar for each shift, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffees, cocktails, and mixed drinks, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure the coffee machines are clean and well-maintained, and that the bar area is tidy and well-stocked.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of bar stock control and ensure that all inventory is up-to-date.
  • Clean and maintain the entire bar area, including the floor, counters, and cupboards, to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a bartending or hospitality role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK.
