Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lounge Bartender to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet lounge customers, offering a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Maintain the opening and closing of the bar for each shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffees, cocktails, and mixed drinks, to the highest standard.
  • Ensure the coffee machines are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the food products offered in the lounge and be able to make recommendations to our guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of bar stock control, ensuring we always have the necessary supplies on hand.
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including the floor, counters, and cupboards, to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a bartender, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
  • Right to work in the UK.
