About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Lounge Host to join our team at the Singapore Airlines Lounge, Terminal 2 B Airside.

As a Lounge Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to the highest standards.
  • Set up and maintain the lounge area, ensuring it is clean and tidy.
  • Load service counters and ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
  • Maintain lounge cleanliness during operating hours.
  • Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring all their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Barista experience is desirable.
