Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional hospitality to lounge customers, ensuring a memorable experience during their visit.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the bar for each shift, maintaining a seamless service.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffees, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
  • Maintain the coffee machines and ensure they are in optimal working condition.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the food products offered in the lounge.
  • Monitor and maintain bar stock control documentation.
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including the floor, counters, and cupboards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Self-motivated attitude.
  • Confident communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK.
