Main Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of lounge operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and high-quality food and beverage service.
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure efficient operations and excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury food and beverage service, preferably in an airport lounge environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with the ability to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
