Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers within the retail, grocery, and franchise sectors. This will involve conducting multiple store visits per day to educate retailers on brand retention, gaining market share, merchandising, and marketing products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and developing an existing account base
  • Upselling and developing strong relationships with business owners, employees, and wholesalers
  • Conducting store visits to educate retailers on brand retention and marketing strategies
  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Field sales management and account management

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Full UK driving license
  • Based in or commutable to Milton Keynes
  • Confident and able to work independently with excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, well-presented, articulate, and hardworking
  • Passion and grit to continue when faced with rejection
