About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers within the retail, grocery, and franchise sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop an existing account base
  • Conduct in-store visits to educate retailers on brand retention, market share, merchandising, and marketing
  • Sell a wide range of FMCG brands and add-ons, with a focus on upselling and developing strong relationships with business owners, employees, and wholesalers
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Field sales management and account management
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level
  • Full UK driving license
  • Based in or commutable to Milton Keynes
  • Confident and able to work independently with excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, well-presented, articulate, and hardworking
  • Passion and grit: ability to continue when faced with rejection and understand the value of helping customers solve problems
