Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers within the retail, grocery, and franchise sectors. Your primary goal will be to educate retailers on brand retention, gain market share, and effectively merchandise and market our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop an existing account base
  • Conduct multiple store visits per day to educate retailers on brand retention and gain market share
  • Upsell and develop strong relationships with business owners, employees, and wholesalers
  • Learn and gain commercial exposure while working with a wide range of FMCG brands and add-ons
  • Be the face of the company and build excellent rapport with accounts

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
