Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers within the retail, grocery, and franchise sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting multiple store visits a day to educate retailers on brand retention, gaining market share, merchandising, and marketing products effectively.
  • Selling a wide range of FMCG brands and add-ons, with a focus on upselling and developing strong relationships with business owners, employees, and wholesalers.
  • Maintaining and developing an existing account base, with a focus on building excellent rapport with accounts.
  • Learning and gaining commercial exposure while working with a global top employer and retail award-winning company.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license with no more than 3 points.
  • A strong passion for building relationships and helping customers solve problems.
