Sales Development Representative

Our ManageEngine division specializes in offering comprehensive IT management solutions. As we continue to expand our presence in the UK market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a customer-facing role, primarily based in the field, to engage prospects and build rapport.
- Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to qualify inbound leads and respond to inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Research and identify potential clients within target markets and industries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, or exhibitions.
- Conduct sales presentations, handle customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure methodologies.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and productivity tools.
- Previous experience selling IT products or services is preferred.
- Ability to conduct market research and build a network of clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business, or a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of overall experience.
