Job Description

Zoho Corporation B.V. is a global technology company that provides businesses with a suite of powerful software products. Our ManageEngine division specializes in offering comprehensive IT management solutions. As we continue to expand our presence in the UK market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a customer-facing role, primarily based in the field, to engage prospects and build rapport.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to qualify inbound leads and respond to inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to generate high-quality leads.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential clients within target markets and industries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, or exhibitions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, handle customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure methodologies.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and productivity tools.
  • Previous experience selling IT products or services is preferred.
  • Ability to conduct market research and build a network of clients.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business, or a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of overall experience.
