Marquee Rigger Team Lead Job Description

We are hiring a highly skilled Marquee Rigger Team Lead to join our team in Oxford. This is a permanent position, working from our premises.

The successful candidate will earn between £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and dismantle marquees and interiors, working with suppliers and clients on site.
  • Lead the loading/unloading of vehicles, schedule cleaning and ad-hoc repairs.
  • Collaborate with the team in scheduling and planning work.
  • Manage seasonal crew, scheduling, reporting hours, and communicating payroll.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform relevant team members.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Support recruitment process for seasonal staff and lead, train, and motivate team members.
  • Understand company strategy and process, engage in supplier/third-party communication.
  • Represent the Company's Brand and Culture.
  • Ensure compliance with the company Health and Safety policy.
  • Assist the wider team when necessary for the company's benefit.
  • Participate in sales process and communication.
  • Take on additional responsibilities such as refurbishing equipment, cleaning, reorganisation, and planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving licence.
