Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our busy team within our truck and trailer business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet Operations and Administration: Effectively manage the fleet operations and administration of the branch, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and plan MOT test schedules and maintenance programs to ensure vehicles are properly maintained.
  • Logistics and Delivery: Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers and our branches, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including a confident telephone manner and strong written communication.
  • Administrative Skills: Demonstrate strong administrative skills, including proficiency in a wide range of tasks and software.
  • Adaptability: Show the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Driving License: Hold a clean driving license and be willing to drive company vehicles.
  • Right to Work: Demonstrate the right to work in the UK.

Desirable Skills

  • Industry Knowledge: Possess prior knowledge or experience in asset rental, distribution, or transport, although this is not essential.
