Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns regarding water and wastewater services.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our client's products and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer queries.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide a positive experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in customer service and water industry expertise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment or retail setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, once training is completed.
