About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative with Steer Automotive Group, you will be responsible for operating front of house, providing expert and personal customer service to our valued clients.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner, answering their inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer experience journeys, including complaints and resolutions.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Update customers regularly with the progress of repairs.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and updating records.
- Deliver a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers.
- Ensure computer systems and portals are updated.
About You
You will have previous experience working in a customer service-focused role, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You will have:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Good organizational skills.
- Experience in administration and computer systems.
