- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize various IT systems, including Microsoft packages and in-house company systems, to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
- Manage customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall sales performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
