Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and supporting the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, providing a warm welcome to visitors and staff
  • Answer calls, address queries, and transfer calls to the right person
  • Arrange meetings, conferences, and other events
  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Contribute to general administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • A track record in a reception or related position
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of office software and hardware

Salary: £960 per week (£12.00 per hour + holiday pay)
