Reception and Administrative Assistant

Brook Street is seeking a highly skilled and flexible Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and work collaboratively with colleagues across different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the reception desk, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with staff and external partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of mail, fax messages, and parcels.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Valid driving license and reliable access to a vehicle.
