Job Summary
Brook Street is seeking a highly skilled and flexible Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and work collaboratively with colleagues across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate the reception desk, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  2. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with staff and external partners.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely processing of mail, fax messages, and parcels.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Requirements:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Valid driving license and reliable access to a vehicle.
