First Choice Selection Services is a leading supplier of temporary agency staff, and we are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Office Administrator who can provide administrative support to our payroll team and manage our reception area. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to emails, and managing visitor queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area and respond to all visitor queries
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant department
  • Respond to emails and resolve any issues promptly
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll team, including preparing payroll information and copying/posting invoices

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Working Hours:

8.45am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
