About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Aftersales department as an Apprentice Aftersales Customer Advisor.

Job Description

As an Apprentice Aftersales Customer Advisor, you will be working in all areas of our Aftersales department, giving you a full and well-rounded understanding of how the department works together.

You will be responsible for reviewing and forward-planning workloads, liaising with the workshop to ensure they have their required parts, and taking care of customers that are bringing in their vehicles for service or repair.

Our training is designed to break down our customer journey and give you a good understanding of how you can deliver a great experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and forward-planning workloads and checking for accurate and detailed information.
  • Liaising with the workshop to ensure they have their required parts.
  • Taking care of customers that are bringing in their vehicles for service or repair.
  • Identifying parts required and sourcing parts using parts catalogues and internal systems.

Our team provides excellent customer service, and we expect all employees to uphold this standard.

Requirements:
  • You must have gained GCSE 4 – 9 in Maths, English and one other subject (or accredited equivalent).
  • Good levels of literacy and numeracy.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • An interest in developing your digital knowledge and skills.
