Job Title: Ambulance Service Workforce Planner

We are seeking an experienced Ambulance Service Workforce Planner to join our team at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust. As a key member of our workforce planning function, you will be responsible for providing workforce planning support and expertise to HRBPs and service line workforce leads.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in workforce planning, analysis, and business intelligence. You will lead the development of a coordinated workforce planning programme that underpins the Trust's Business Plan.

About the Role:

  • Provide workforce planning support and expertise to HRBPs and service line workforce leads
  • Lead the development of a coordinated workforce planning programme
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of workforce plans

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in workforce planning, analysis, and business intelligence
  • Masters level in Business Intelligence or relevant discipline
  • Qualified Programme/Project Management Practitioner

Salary: £48,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience
