Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Recruitment Assistants in delivering high-quality recruitment services
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the Trust's Workforce Plan objectives
- Monitor and analyse recruitment statistics to identify areas for improvement
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (5 GCSE grade A - C passes) or equivalent industry experience
- Significant experience of supervising a recruitment or similar type service
- IT literate, including word processing, email, databases, PowerPoint and spreadsheet skills
