Healthcare Workforce Planner

The Healthcare Workforce Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective deployment of our care workforce across multiple locations. You will be responsible for analysing staffing levels and developing strategies to improve workforce utilisation and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities- Analyse staffing levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve workforce utilisation and productivity.
- Collaborate with our Recruitment Team to identify and develop talent pipelines, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in workforce planning and scheduling, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
