Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Care Scheduler to join our team at Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating efficient and compliant staff rotas using a computer-based roster system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Staff Rotas: Develop accurate and compliant rotas, ensuring adherence to organizational and legal requirements.
  • Manage Referrals: Act as the primary point of contact for new care package referrals, completing referral trackers and optimizing workforce capacity.
  • Identify Opportunities: Contribute to growth by identifying new opportunities to enhance our service.
Requirements:
  • Driving Licence and Transport: Must hold a valid driving licence and possess reliable transportation.
  • Experience: Proven track record in rota management, scheduling, and coordination within a domiciliary care setting.
  • Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in Health and Social Care.
