Scheduling Administrator

We are recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator to join our team at Prism Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of the workforce management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering services. Your primary responsibilities will include managing engineer workloads, developing schedules, and analyzing data to optimize performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the workflow of engineers.
- Develop and implement effective schedules to meet customer needs.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Communicate with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Personal Characteristics:
- Be able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive and results-driven.
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Have a strong analytical mind.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Have experience working in a similar role or industry.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
