**Administrator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the management team
- Collation and submission of daily whereabouts
- Attend weekly progress (programme) meetings
- Supporting the requesting of information/documentation such as; safe digs, interruption cards, surveys, notices etc.
- Order requested PPE if required
- Order materials where required
- Collating the required information for monthly invoicing
- Assist with non-conformance and customer complaint issues where required
- Collate the weekly hours from the industrial timesheet submissions and relay that back to the Operations manager.
- Carry out any other general or ad hoc tasks as required

**Qualifications & Attributes**:

- Experience of working within an office environment is essential
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade C or above (including English & Maths)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,833.00 per year
