Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Care Scheduler to join our operations team at Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas and referrals, optimizing workforce capacity and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Rota and Referral Management: Develop and implement effective strategies for managing staff rotas and referrals, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
  • Operational Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance our service, contributing to growth and improvement.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including staff, clients, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Driving Licence and Vehicle: Must hold a valid driving licence and possess reliable transportation.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in rota management, scheduling, and coordination within a domiciliary care setting.
  • Qualification: Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in Health and Social Care.
