Care Operations Manager

Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Care Scheduler to manage staff rotas and optimize workforce capacity. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in rota management and scheduling.
Main Responsibilities:- Rota Management: Utilize a computer-based roster system to create accurate and compliant rotas, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
- Referral Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new care package referrals, completing referral trackers and optimizing workforce capacity.
- Operational Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance our service, contributing to growth and improvement.
- Driving Licence and Vehicle: Must hold a valid driving licence and possess reliable transportation.
- Relevant Experience: Proven track record in rota management, scheduling, and coordination within a domiciliary care setting.
- Qualification: Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in Health and Social Care.
