About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced social worker to join our team as a supervising social worker. In this role, you will support and manage approved foster carers, provide professional advice, and contribute to business planning.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Unity social work staff and foster carers to ensure that quality standards are met in all assessments. With a generous salary of up to £38,500, this role offers excellent career progression opportunities and a flexible working schedule, with only 1 day a week in the office and the rest from home.
