This role offers a unique opportunity for career progression within a rapidly expanding organization. As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of dedicated staff, fostering a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for children aged 8-18
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance with standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding
  • Fostering a culture of learning and development within the team to enhance care quality

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of management experience in a residential home setting
  • A proven track record of achieving and sustaining 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings
