About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital part in supporting young people with daily life activities, including helping them continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships. You will also assist with morning routines, prepare evening meals, and ensure they have a safe space to relax and unwind.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will be open to working in a reflective manner and delivering relationship-based, person-centred care as part of a small team. This will involve a combination of day, evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday working.
