We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with vulnerable young people, providing high-quality care and support. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of our residential home, ensuring that we deliver exceptional outcomes for our residents.
Main Responsibilities- Support the Registered Manager in leading a team of care workers, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.
- Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive support services for our residents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that individual needs are met.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care provision, making recommendations for improvement.
- Qualifications: Level qualification in Children's and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing a team, with a strong background in child care and safeguarding.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Qualities: Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
- Generous holiday entitlement: 25 days plus Bank Holidays.
