The Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust invites applications for a senior paramedic role that combines clinical expertise with leadership and mentorship responsibilities. As an Advanced Practitioner Mental Health Specialist, you will provide high-level support to colleagues in pre-hospital emergency care, ensuring safe and effective delivery of mental health services.

The ideal candidate will possess significant post-registration experience in mental health roles, along with a Master's degree in a relevant clinical topic area. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development of our operational clinical team and Emergency Operations Centre.

A key aspect of this role is the provision of clinical supervision and mentorship to Specialist Paramedics Mental Health. The successful applicant will work closely with the team to develop their skills and knowledge, ultimately enhancing the quality of patient care. Additionally, they will participate in research activities, furthering their professional development and contributing to the advancement of pre-hospital mental health care.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £58,480 per annum and benefits such as flexible working options, 27 days annual leave (increasing to 33 with service), and a contributory pension.
