As a Mental Health Practitioner, you'll be responsible for managing your own caseload, providing individual and group therapy sessions, and participating in training programs. You'll work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure high-quality services and contribute to the development of new pathways for clients.
Key qualifications include a NHS Talking Therapies qualification as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and registration with either BABCP or BPS. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential.
Our benefits package includes a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and 31 days' paid holiday, increasing with each year of service. We also offer flexible working options and incentivized rates of pay for weekend working.
