Mental Health Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic to fill the position of Mental Health Clinical Director. The successful candidate will provide advanced clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship in practice, ensuring that pre-hospital emergency and critical care is delivered safely and effectively.
The role requires significant post-registration experience, a Master's degree in a relevant clinical topic area, and the ability to clinically supervise and mentor staff with a commitment to sharing knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop professional practice that contributes to improved standards of care.
- Rotate through the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) to maintain expert clinical competence.
- Investigate and review clinical incidents, serious investigations, and deaths in support of the wider clinical and operational management teams.
Salary: £62,000 - £82,000 per annum, depending on experience.
