About the Position:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker to join our team in Wakefield. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult mental health social work and possess strong assessment and planning skills.

As a Senior Social Worker in this role, you will be responsible for providing assessments and support planning for individuals with mental health difficulties. You will also be expected to commission services to meet the needs of service users.
