About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Academic and Operations Officer to join our team at Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational leadership, motivating and developing team members to contribute towards the overall success of the business.
  • Deliver results, maximising profits through sales and yield, whilst exploiting opportunities for growth within the business.
  • Assume overall responsibility for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager and be flexible in your approach to driving performance in a 24/7 business.

  • Proven track record in delivering customer service excellence in a highly competitive market.

  • Ability to deliver results, maximising profits through sales and yield, whilst exploiting opportunities for growth within the business.
