Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to optimize revenue opportunities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing revenue management team to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform revenue strategies
  • Provide expert guidance and support to hotel revenue managers to ensure optimal revenue performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of revenue management experience in multiple hotels, preferably in luxury segment
  • University degree in business or hospitality
  • Strong background in rooms or sales revenue management
  • Experience working with automated revenue management software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
