We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Team Leader to join our team at Lovewell Blake. As a key member of the Payroll department, you will be responsible for leading a team of payroll professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll function.

">Job Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of payroll professionals to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Manage payroll deadlines and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the payroll department.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, preferably with a CIPP qualification. You will also possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team members. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 23 days annual leave, agile working, and free parking.
