Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate the payroll team across the firm.
  • Review and manage workload to ensure efficient processing of payroll.
  • Implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the payroll department.
  • Ensure service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and an accurate payroll function.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 23 days annual leave, agile working, and employee assistance programme.
