CV-Library is seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to join our team in Norfolk. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Duties:
  1. Process weekly and monthly payroll, including calculations for gross and net pay, tax, national insurance, pension contributions, and deductions.
  2. Liaise with managers and staff to resolve pay queries and discrepancies.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sickness, holidays, and other absences or adjustments.
  4. Calculate holiday entitlement for new starters and leavers, taking into account their start date, end date, working hours, and contract terms.
  5. Manage court orders and deductions from pay, such as attachment of earnings orders and child support orders.
  6. Verify ID and bank details of new starters by checking documents.
  7. Generate routine reports and payslips.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar payroll capacity and be a strong team player with confidence to liaise with wider teams across the business.
