**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Lead to oversee our payroll operations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll management, including team leadership, payroll processing, compliance, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have over five years' experience in a high-volume payroll environment and hold a CIPP qualification. Proficiency in Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, as well as knowledge of HMRC legislation and statutory payments.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
