Payroll and Workforce Management Specialist

Norse Group, a leading service provider, is seeking a Payroll and Workforce Management Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Payroll and HR functions, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee payments and meeting the needs of Norse.

The successful candidate will have experience in payroll, testing, and system management, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills. They will also have a flexible approach and be able to work across all levels, building internal and external relationships.

The role involves planning and managing testing of the PeopleXD Payroll system, developing a detailed plan to complete the testing of the Payroll and Workforce Management modules, and producing a detailed resource plan for testing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a detailed plan to complete the testing of the Payroll and Workforce Management modules of PeopleXD
  • Producing a detailed resource plan for testing resources
  • Capture testing progress against the plan
  • Recording and reporting defects and issues to Access including required re-testing
  • Through the use of dashboards reporting progress on a regular basis to the Payroll Project Manager and other stakeholders
