Blusource Finance Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join their payroll team in Norwich.

This role involves supporting the Payroll Manager and working closely with clients to manage and accurately process a number of payrolls using Brightpay software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently set up high volumes of new payroll accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Process statutory entitlements, including maternity, paternity, and sick pay, in compliance with HMRC requirements.
  • Manage deductions and contributions for various workplace pension schemes, adhering to auto-enrollment laws.
  • Calculate and manage Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) payments and deductions, maintaining compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • Liaise directly with HMRC regarding PAYE-related queries and ensure accurate client records.
  • Utilize Excel to organize and track payroll tasks, providing easy reference and minimizing errors.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, keeping them informed and responsive to their business needs.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records to ensure compliance and facilitate client reference.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes through regular payroll training and professional development.

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
